Fred Pappoe ready to contest GFA Presidency

Great Olympics management member Fred Pappoe has said he’s ready to contest for the Ghana Football Association Presidency.

The Astute football administrator Pappoe has been tipped as a perfect man to succeed incumbent FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi who is likely to resign after his tenure in office in 2019.

Many football enthusiasts are calling for the former Black Stars management chairman who once worked as Vice President of the Ghana Football Association to grab the enviable position.

Pappoe disclosed to Agoo TV he is ready occupy the big role at the FA.

“Why not, if I see it necessary to contest I will, I have been at the FA for a long time and I know much,” he said.

“So if it happens that I am supposed to contest I won’t hesitate to do that.”

Currently FA vice President George Afriyie, Dreams FC CEO Kurt Okraku and communication director of the FA Randy Abbey have all been tipped for the top position.
