Former head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Isaac Opeele Boateng, has praised President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his developmental projects and social intervention programs that have significantly improved the nation.
According to Opeele, the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy, which has benefited approximately 2.5 million people, is an initiative that Akufo-Addo will be remembered for forever.
Among Akufo-Addo's achievements, Coach Opeele highlighted the stable power supply maintained for four years, contrasting it with the previous government's performance.
The former Kotoko coach also noted that Akufo-Addo's government has constructed more roads than any other administration since Ghana gained independence in 1957.
"How President Nana Addo will be remembered one day! Population: 35 million; Free SHS: 2.5 million beneficiaries; Electricity: stable supply for 4 years; Roads: built more than any government since 1957.
"Tourism: generated more revenue than any government since 1957; and more fishing harbours," he wrote on his X page.
Despite facing criticism from some members of the public struggling with the country's economic downturn, Akufo-Addo has promised to turn things around and positively impact the economy.
