Medeama Board chairman, Dr Tony Aubynn is confident on winning a seat on the Executive Council in the upcoming Ghana FA elections.
The former Chamber of Mines boss withdrew from the presidential race to compete for a slot on the Executive Council.
According to him, his decision to withdraw from the presidential race was a strategic one which was to prepare him for the presidency in the near future.
Speaking in an interview on Happy FM’s Anopa Bosuo Sports, Dr Toni Aubynn on his chances of winning the election said “I am very sure that I have a great chance of winning a slot to represent premier league clubs”
“My opponents are good but I believe I am ahead. We have good, better and best and I believe none of them are better than I am”, he added.
The Ghana FA elections has been scheduled for October 27, 2019.
