Footy-ghana.com can confirm that the Ghana Football Association has been fined $30,000 by world governing body FIFA for inner perimeter violations during Ghana’s World Cup qualifier against Zambia last month.
According to our sources, certain individuals who had no business being in the inner perimeter were present during the match and in addition, international referees assessors were not well looked after.
Footy-ghana.com understands that the GFA will be extremely strict as per entry into the inner perimeter during Tuesday’s game between Ghana and Egypt in Kumasi in order to avoid further punitive measures.
