Ibrahim Sannie Daara insists members of the Ghana FA are not spooked by a hint of undercover investigations conducted by the renowned Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

The award-winning investigative journalist whose recent work has led to a bribery scandal in the judiciary claims he has prima facie evidence of corruption within the GFA.

There have been a widespread perception of endemic corruption within the GFA especially involving referees and the administration of the various national teams but none of these allegations have been substantiated with undoubted proof.

Anas however says he possesses this proof which appears to have put the whole nation especially people in football on red alert over another scandal to unfold.

But GFA spokesman Ibrahim Sannie Daara says officials of the GFA are not frightened by the notices being served by the award winning undercover journalist

“Why should I be scared,” Daara responded in an interview with Asempa FM. “Don’t put words in my mouth. If that’s what he is saying then he should present his evidence. Let time decide.”

Anas Aremeyaw Anas is famous for conducting undercover investigations into matters of grave national interest.

He and his Tiger Eye team have built in enviable reputation of blowing the lid on corrupt officials in sensitive state institutions.

His recent undercover work has led to the exposure of thirty four justices of the High Court alleged to have taken bribes for favourable rulings.
