The Ghana Football Association on Friday were presented with the debut trophy won by Ghana’s Team at the All-Africa University Games in Kenya.
Ghana beat hosts, Kenya 2-0 in the final back in July to lift their first ever football title at the Games after picking silver at the 2008 event.
The team’s executives alongside coach Alhaji Yusif were on hand to show the trophy to the GFA represented by President Kwesi Nyantakyi, Vice President Fred Crenstil and George Afriyie.

Ghana will defend the trophy won at the 7th edition of the All-Africa University Games, a regional multi-sport event representing Africa Universities when Egypt hosts the next competition.
