Division One League title sponsor GN Bank has presented a cheque for GHC 690,000 to the Ghana Football Association as their annual sponsorship money.
This took place during the launch of the 2015/2016 season which took place at the Coconut Groove Hotel in Accra on Thursday.
The indigenous Ghanaian bank signed a three-year deal worth GHC 2.1 million to bankroll the country's second-tier league.
An amount of GHC 600,000 was paid in the first year and GHC 793, 500 will be paid in the final year of the contract.
