Kumasi Asante Kotoko after their painful Premier League defeat at the hands of arch rivals Hearts of Oak will have the opportunity to make amends when they welcome Inter Allies to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Kotoko are yet to recover from that loss but a convincing win over Allies on Sunday could cool tempers down in camp.
The Porcupine Warriors have the supporting edge over their counterparts and will be in pole position to beat their counterparts at their backyard.
Allies are placed 12th on the log after a narrow 1-0 win over Tema Youth in their last league outing will be up for an upset on the day.
Kotoko will need the likes of Amos Frimpong, Emmanuel Gyamfi, Yakubu Mohammed and Ollenu Ashitey to step up their game if they are to win on the day to take them to the top spot.
