Inter-Allies youngster Abdul Halik-Hudu hopes to excel in this season’s Ghana Premier League after winning the most promising player last term.
The 17-year-old made his first appearance of the season by featuring in Inter-Allies 2-1 defeat to Aduana Stars last Saturday upon arrival from a training program at Swedish Club Hammerby IF.
The talented midfielder was in action in their midweek game against Great Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Halik after a successful debut season in Ghana’s top-flight hopes to maintain his form on the domestic scene.
“Last season was a good season for me, winning the most promising player. I hope this season becomes much better,” he spoke to Ghana Sports Newspaper.
“I am not targeting the best player or something, I just want to give my best, I want to help my team Inter-Allies in the League.”
The talented midfielders was one of the exciting players in the Ghana Premier League last season where he made 17 appearances for the La-based outfit.
