Gabriel Jesus has undergone an operation on his right foot after he fractured a metatarsal in Manchester City's 2-0 win at Bournemouth.
The Brazil international was substituted after just 15 minutes of the game at Vitality Stadium and he later travelled to Barcelona for surgery.
Jesus, 19, has made an electrifying start to life at City having scored three goals in five games since joining the club from Palmeiras, but is said to be facing up to three months on the sidelines.
