The cracks in Hearts of Oak deepened on Monday following the resignation General Manager Gerald Ankrah, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.
According to reports, Ankrah is fed up with the power play at the club after the board appointed a Strategic Management Committee headed by Vincent Sowah-Odotei.
He felt sidelined and disregarded by the team which took charge of recruitments and key decisions.
Ankrah, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), decided to quit head of a board meeting.
He was appointed in September 2014 to replace Neil Amstrong-Mortagbe.
