The Chairman of the MTN FA Cup Management Committee, Wilson Arthur, is confident that his outfit will stage an impressive final on Sunday because they take the competition seriously.

The University of Ghana Sports Stadium has been confirmed as the venue to host the clash between Bofoakwa Tano and Nsoatreman FC.

He revealed his commitment to the FA Cup final while speaking to Asempa FM, stating, "What we want to do, we will do it. We will proceed with the buildup events we have lined up until Sunday.

"We are going to have a very good event. It's an MTN FA Cup final that will climax the season. We take it very seriously."

Nsoatreman FC secured their spot in the final by defeating Legon Cities 3-1, while Bofoakwa Tano ousted the holders, Dreams FC, to reach this stage.

Nsoatreman FC, seeking their first major trophy in history, will face Bofoakwa Tano, who are making their first Cup final appearance in 38 years since their loss to Accra Great Olympics in 1983.

The stage is set for an exciting showdown as both teams aim to etch their names in the annals of Ghanaian football history. With Bofoakwa Tano relegated from the Ghana Premier League, they will be looking to claim a piece of silverware before going down.
