Ghana FA intensifies relationship with Chinese FA on football development

Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi has visited the Chinese FA to intensify the cooperation between the two Football Associations.

The meeting was to explore possible ways of working together in accordance with the cooperation agreement between the two Associations in 2012.

Mr Nyantakyi was welcomed by the Vice President of the Chinese FA Mr Zhang who is also his colleague FIFA Executive council with the two of them also coincidentally also sharing the same birthday (October 27).

Mr. Nyantakyi visited all departments of the Chinese FA including the Marketing and Competitions Department to acquaint himself with their operations.

The two Associations agreed to collaborate more closely especially in the area of women's football.

Ghana will host the African Women's championship next year and the Chinese FA has agreed to support the Black Queens preparations by playing friendly games before the competition.

The senior Women's team and other national teams could also use the Chinese FA's facilities to keep themselves in top shape for their upcoming competitions.
