Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah is undergoing trials at AC Horsens in a latest bid to revive what appears to be a dead career, FootballMadeInGhana.com can exclusively reveal.
The 29-year-old has not played competitive football since sustaining a career-threatening injury while playing for Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg in 2013.
Vorsah has since launched several attempts to resurrect his career after regaining fitness three years ago but all have proved futile.
Not even a move for farm club Liefering was able to revive Vorsah’s career which eventually ended his stay at Red Bull Salzburg last year.
The ex Hoffenheim center back is now making a latest attempt to get back to active football with a trial at the Danish club.
Vorsah could be handed a lifeline by Horsens if he passes the trial.
It is however unclear how long the trial period will take before a decision is made on the giant defender.
Vorsah was part of the Ghana squad that finished in the quarter finals of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and has won 40 caps for the Black Stars.
