Western Regional Football Association Chairman Kojo Yankah has warned that Ghana Football will collapse if the GFA Normalisation Committee bags another extension.

FIFA had mandated the NC to normalize Ghana football for an initial period of six months after the controversial ‘Anas Exposé’ in June last year.

The committee after their initial six months period was given an extension by FIFA to be able to complete their mandate.

But the snail-pace management of Ghana football over the period appear to suggest the NC will seek another extension.

But according to Yankah Ghana football will be nothing to write home about when the Normalisation Committee have been given another term in office.

In an interview with Medeama FM, Yankah said there is no need to extend the NC mandate again.

“Ghana football will collapse if the NC gets an extension,” he said.

“It will not be a good idea when they extend the mandate of the NC again” he added.

Dr. Amoah-led NC has been described by many football enthusiasts as making the passion of the nation worse than they inherited.
