Coach James Kwesi Appiah team set to play at least three high profile friendly games before Africa Cup of Nations 2019.

The Total Africa Cup of Nations will be host by Egypt, from June 21 to July 17. Ghana is among the 24 countries who has secured a ticket for the prestigious tournament on the African continent, having been extended to 24 teams from 16 teams.

Ghana's team will be based in Abu Dhabi for the training camp and around the same time other top teams will be there, notably, Egypt, Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia and among others.

Then two friendlies will be later organised for the stars before June 21.

Ghana has been paired in Group F, alongside Defending AFCON champions Cameroon, Benin and Guinea Bissau. All the teams in this group will be based in Ismaily Stadium to play all matches.
