Ghanaian Player Goes AWOL In England

OLDHAM Town kick off their FA Vase campaign at Retford Town tomorrow without three of their most influential players.

Ghana under-21 international Mohammed Baldeh, who scored five goals in four matches for Town, has left the club for personal reasons. He has moved to be with family in Slough.

Baldeh and co-striker James Curley had formed a lethal partnership, scoring 10 goals between them in the four matches they played together.
