Ghanaian duo on Napoli and Marseille radar

Ghana duo Andre Ayew and Harrison Afful have rekindled interest from Italian Serie A giants Napoli and French Ligue 1 outfit, Marseille, following their sterling display in the ongoing FIFA World Cup, respectively.

Esperance du Tunis fullback provided the assist for Ghana's first goal in a 2-2 drawn game with Germany. His first game at the tournament. The goal was coincidentally scored by Marseille winger Andre Ayew as Ghana banks qualification hopes in a glimmer of eventuality.

Ayew, 24, has been on Napoli's wish-list for over two transfer windows, but has triggered huge possibility of official bidding and negotiations between the Serie A side and Marseille over a transfer deal.

'Dede' has two goals in two games from this year's Mundial.

A feat that implies his market worth increases steadily per game. Rafael Benitez has spurred his team to seal the signing of Ghana legend Abedi Pele's son, before time according to information gathered, ahead of Croatia's Ivan Perisic who has a more hefty price-tag from Wolfsburg.

Elsewhere, Marseille have also revived their interest in signing the former Kotoko defender, Harrison Afful, who was thrilled to meet his icon Philip Lahm when the two countries met recently.

Afful has had a wonderful campaign with the Tunisian outfit for many a season now.

The 28-year-old is said to be interested in a move to Europe though he claims there hasn't been any concrete offer as of yet.
