In-form Ghanaian forward Joseph Painstil says it will a dream come true if he gets a call-up from the technical handlers of the national team to represent the country.
According to the twenty-year-old forward, he is ready to don the national team jersey and will respond to a call-up from the Blacks Stars Coach.
The former under-20 winger is enjoying a spectacular season in Hungary with Ferencvaros, where he has scored ten times in 24 appearances helping his side to second place on the table.
“I am dreaming about the Black Stars. Every player wants to play for his country and I am no exception. I have played for the National U-20 and I think I am ready for the Black Stars now considering how good the just ended Hungarian football season went for me.” Painstil told 442gh.com
The winger's performance in Hungary has seen him attract interest from several club in Europe including English Premier League side Southampton.
Meanwhile, reports indicate Anderlecht, Clubbe Brugge and Genk all in Belgium are keen on securing his signature.
The Black Stars of Ghana are in Reykjavik where they face Iceland in an International friendly on Thursday.
