The 29-year-old is yet to open contract negotiations with the club over a new deal since joining them in 2017 on a three-year deal from Turkish outfit Akhisar Belediyespor.

Adu Kofi has been a key cog of the team, however he is expected to leave on a free transfer at the end of the 2019/20 season.

The experienced midfielder has previously played for Danish side FC Nordsjælland where he won the League and also featured in the 2014/15 UEFA Champions League.

He has also featured for Ghana Premier League side Liberty Professionals, Club Brugge, Stabæk, Akhisar Belediyespor and Malmo FF.
