Ghanaian teenager Tariq Lamptey is on the verge of joining French Ligue I side Lille from Chelsea.
The youngster could quit the English Club as he holds transfer talks with the French side.
Lamptey, 19, was handed his senior debut in a League match against Arsenal and hugely impressed.
But it seems the talented defender would have to do more to grab a regular spot in the Chelsea team.
Lille are willing to snatch the player in the winter transfer period as talks with the Ghanaian-born remains in line.
The prodigy has featured twice under Chelsea boss Frank Lampard since making his way from the youth team.
He could pen a contract with Lille before the transfer period closes tomorrow.
