Ghanaian teenager Benjamin Makafui Dey has joined UK-based Academy outfit FootballCV Academy.
The attacking midfielder is on the road to begin his professional career after playing in the lower-tier Leagues in Ghana.
The 16-year-old caught interest from officials of FootballCV Academy having impressed in his days in Ghana.
Dey, a former player of Division two side Mobile Phone People recently played for the Lizzy Sports Academy team before leaving to the International Football Academy.
FootballCV Academy is located at Stamford Lincolnshire and has natured several talents including Manchester United star Chris Smalling and Calum Jahrado Martin of Hull City.
The Academy is dedicated to producing professional players whilst also providing a pathway for academic excellence.
A strong performance could earn the youngster his first professional contract with one of the top European Clubs.
