Great Olympics claim they have served the Ghana Football Association with a suit from the court.

This should stop the federation from organizing this season's Ghana Premier League.

Olympics are contesting their demotion from the Ghana top-flight and want points deducted from Bechem United for allegedly fielding an unqualified player.

''It is true that we have served the GFA with another injunction. The GPL won't come on this weekend,'' Olympics board member Oluboi Comodore told Happy FM.

''It is not our intention to stop the league but we need justice. We are seeking for justice. The league can’t be played without Olympics.''

Last week, a Human Right Court threw out their injunction application but asked the two parties to settle the matter.
