Aduana Stars defender Hafiz Adams is elated having won his first trophy with the Brong Ahafo-based club.
The intelligent defender was a pillar at the back on Sunday when the league champions defeated Kumasi Asante Kotoko by a lone goal to nothing to lift the 2018 Super cup.
Hafiz was glad having lifted the trophy for the second time as a footballer and emphasised that more laurels will come
“The feeling is great and I am very happy because winning a trophy in less than two months after joining the club is good morale booster” he told footballmadeinghana.com
“Personally, this is my second super cup trophy as a footballer, the first one was with Wa All Stars. I hope I can win more laurels with Aduana,”
“Aduana Stars is a good club with good players, hopefully we can retain the league trophy and also go far in Africa with hard work,” he added.
Hafiz has already formed an impregnable partnership with Anokye Badu at the heart of the defence of the Fire club.
