Former Accra Hearts of Oak chairman Harry Zakkour has lauded the current management for their decision to part ways with coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi.

Hearts on Monday terminated the contract of the Japanese-American by mutual consent after a careful consideration of his request to be granted a 25-day leave or terminate his contract.

Harry Zakkour, who in the first place lashed out at the current management for appointing Kenichi this time, has backed them for letting the Japanese American.

“There are coaches in this country that are better than coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi,” he said on Asempa FM

“Technically in performance wise Kenichi was not the man for the job.

“Kenichi is not experienced; he is not a coach but rather a technical engineer.”

Kenichi, who had an average performance by amassing 26 points out of a possible 45 points, parted ways with the Accra-based club after the media had long dragged the sacking issue.
