Accra Hearts of Oak interim coach Seth Hoffman supervised the team's first training session at the Ajax Park at Legon on Monday.
The 46-year trainer has been brought in from Auroras to help shape the team following the exit of coach Henry Wellington.
His first training was overly dominated by physical drills with the players running through cones in a short and long sprints.
We have got some good time to work on our conditioning and so we don't want to waste time. The purpose of today's session is to help the functional body of the players and this will go a long way in improving players' speed and endurance during games
Seth Hoffman and his team will continue training today ahead of the start of the second round of the Zylofon Cash Premier League.
