Hearts of Oak have confirmed moves to sign three players of Enugu Rangers, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The three whose names have been withheld caught the eye of board members present at the stadium during the Nigerian club’s 2-1 win over Hearts in Sunday’s centenary game.
“Rangers’ purpose here was not only to play football; it was part of the club’s effort to foster some kind of relationship with clubs in the West African sub region,” Hearts Board Member Frank Nelson told GHANAsoccernet.com.
“We are looking at their players, we have spotted about two, three of their players and so we will see if something might come out of that.”
If successful in their pursuit, the club can only use their foreign imports in the second round of the season when the second registration window opens.
