Hearts of Oak coach, Henry Wellington, has stated that he will be expecting more brilliant displays from forward Joseph Esso.
Esso who joined the Phobians from Dwarfs was splendid on his Premier League debut for the Accra giants in a 1-1 draw at Eleven Wonders.
Hearts of Oak opened the scoring from the spot in the 9th through Winful Cobbinah after Esso was fouled in the box.
The home side restored parity 10 minutes after the break courtesy experienced Alex Asamoah.
”[Joseph] Esso did well but it was not like the other days. I must say he will not get his day every time but he did very well and had the penalty for us,” Wellington told the club’s official website.
”I expect him to improve because there’s more room for improvement for him.”
