Hearts of Oak goalkeepers’ trainer Eddie Ansah said the club have the qualities to unseat rivals Asante Kotoko as Ghana Premier League champions.
Ansah has been working with the squad since Tuesday after signing a two-year contract to be part of the technical team headed by Herbert Addo.
“The team is not that bad and we are looking at bolstering it with one or two players, but even with what they have here, they can do something good provided they stay disciplined and adhere to the instructions of the technical team,” Ansah told sportscrusader.com.
Hearts have been without a title since 2009 and finished third last season in the Premier League.
They were also booted out of the MTN FA Cup competition by second-tier side Gold Stars at the round 16 stage.
Hearts have qualified to play in the qualifiers of the 2015 CAF Confederation Cup.
