Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Yaw Preko has said his side is rejuvenated ahead of their week 30 Premier League encounter with Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs.

The Phobians lost their last league tie away to Bechem United and would want to appease their fans for their recent abysmal form.

“Fortunately for us, there was an international break so we had some rest. But condition-wise, we pushed them and I could see an improvement. Gradually the players are getting in shape and by Friday we should be ready for the kill on Sunday,” Preko told Class Sports.

He added that the team was under no pressure to perform, which could be helpful to its chances in the encounter.

“We don’t need to put pressure on the players. We need to get them in the right mental frame and let them know that they can go into the game and enjoy their play. When footballers go into a game without pressure, a lot of good things can happen,” he said.

Hearts of Oak currently sit 4th on the league log with 42 points with three games to play.
