Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak are reportedly planning a pre-season tour in Germany.

A report by Angel FM suggests that the club is in advanced talks with Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim about possibly hosting the Ghanaian side.

The 21-time Ghana Premier League champions have a partnership with Hoffenheim, which could facilitate plans for a training tour in Germany.

The board is said to have aimed for a pre-season in Europe to put the team in better shape for the upcoming season after a horrendous campaign last season.

Hearts of Oak narrowly escaped relegation in the previous season, finishing just a point above the drop zone.

The Phobians had to dig deep to beat Bechem United in the last fixture of the season to maintain their top-flight status.
