Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of Razak Kasim, the local media have reported.
The Phobians are improving their squad after a disappointing campaign last season having finished at the 14th position.
The 30-year-old defensive midfielder is currently a free agent after leaving Great Olympics at the end of the season.
He was on the rather of Asante Kotoko but finally settled with the Hearts of Oak after weeks of negotiations.
Kasim featured in 30 games for Olympics in the 2023/24 season, despite suffering relegation with the side.
He becomes the third signing for the Phobians following the acquisition of Nations FC duo, Asamoah Boateng Afriyie and Michael Mensah Awuah ahead of the new campaign.
Hearts of Oak will aim to improve their performance ahead of the 2024/25 football season.
Meanwhile, the 2024/25 Ghana football season will kick off on September 6 as announced by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
