Hearts offer Patrick Razak improved contract extension deal

Hearts of Oak have offered a two-year deal for want-away winger Patrick Razak, the player's agent has revealed.

Razak was pushing for an exit from the capital club after receiving an offer from Guinean side Horoya.

But Hearts rejected the move and have since tabled an improved offer to tie down the 2017 WAFU Nations Cup winner.

''Hearts of Oak want Patrick Razak to sign 2-years contract extension worth GH¢ 1,500 a month and GH¢ 30,000 signing on fee,'' agent Abdullai Alhassan is quoted as saying.

Razak runs out of contract this year and can start talking to new clubs starting June.

Hearts are desperate to hold on to the few good players they have after seeing the like of Thomas Abbey and Vincent Atinga leave the club after the WAFA Cup of Nations hosted in Ghana.

The Phobians are keen to win their first Premier League title for a decade when the Ghana League starts this season.
