Accra Hearts of Oak have paid an amount of GH¢14,000 to the National Sports Authority (NSA) for using the Accra Sports Stadium against Hasaacas and Liberty Professionals without its supporters.

The Phobians have been banned for two home games behind closed doors for their supporters’ misbehavior during a league game with WA All Stars.

According to sources within the Sports Authority, the amount charged is for maintenance and usage of the edifice with or without supporters.

Initially the caretakers were demanding GHC 10,000 per game for the empty stadium but Hearts managed to bargain to GHC 7,000 per game.

Hearts will host Liberty on Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium behind closed doors with usage already paid.
