Accra Hearts of Oak are set to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), after acting Director Vicent Sowah Odotei, is set to resign from the position after winning the Parliamentary seat of the Ladadekotopon constituency in the just ended elections.

The legal ramifications in the Hearts constitution indicates how a government appointee cannot partake in the day to day running of the club, unless it were an individual private entity.

The experienced football administrator, is set to hold meetings with the Board of Hearts to decide on his replacement, and the further deliberations of impending issues pertaining to the club.

Odotei, has been at the helm of affairs at the club since last year, but has been criticized by a session of fans who have been calling for his resignation.
