Hearts of Oak have reached an agreement to pay severance package of David Duncan in installments.
The Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association slapped the Phobians with a fine of 86,500 Ghana cedis for the unlawful termination of his contract in November.
“Yes I can confirm to you that we had a meeting with Hearts of Oak and they agreed to pay us the money in installments,” Duncan’s counsel Lawyer Amoah Larbi told GHANASoccernet.com.
“We do not have a problem with the installment agreement since it would take up to five months for them to pay.”
Hearts are desperate to put to bed the Duncan era with the appointment of Herbert Addo on a permanent basis.
