Starr Sports sources can confirm that the legal team of the former coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Herbert Addo will be heading to the law court over a GHC15, 000 compensation owed the trainer.

Addo’s contract was terminated in June last year on the back of an inconsistent campaign by the Phobians on the domestic front, especially in the Ghana Premier League.

The board of Hearts of Oak had promised to settle their former trainer to avoid a legal tussle but eight months down the lane they have refused to fulfill their part of the agreement.

This has angered the legal brains and will file a suit against the club latest by Friday.
