Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko chairman, Herbert Mensah has laughed off proposals to appoint him interim chairman of the National Rugby Association.
Speaking to Joy sports from South Africa, Herbert said despite not having any knowledge of the purported appointment, it wasn?t a position he was prepared to occupy due to the current lack of structures within the National Sports Council.
Herbert, according to media reports was expected to head a three-man interim management committee put in place by the Board of the NSC.
