COMMENTS: Trustees of SSNIT (Hockey Real Maldrid) started their game strongly, mounting so much pressure on Golden Sticks .The pressure on the Comma bank lads yielded fruits by gaining a penalty stroke rightfully awarded by empire Richard Attippoe after a Golden sticks player stopped the ball with his body as the ball from the stick of Daniel lamptey was zooming into the net of Golden Sticks. Fortunately for the Bank lads the penalty was wasted as the bankers goalkeeper pulled out a fantastic save from the stick of Eric Appiah. However determined and undaunted as the trustful Trustees boys looked they managed to score 2 goals before recess. These goals came from the stick of Benedict Sam and Benjamin Baiden in the 24th and 25th minutes respectively.

After recess the bankers played a more improved game changing the tide in the early minutes of the second half, but this could not stay for long as the trustful boys quickly made some few changes, brought in fresh legs to counter the pressure from the bankers. This paid off for the trustful chaps and was awarded another penalty stroke in the 50th minute from a foul committed on their captain Emmanuel Oblitey , which was converted by William Cudjoe. The bankers looking dejected conceded another goal in the 57th minute from the stick of David chablah after a beautiful one to one combination between Daniel Lamptey and David Chablah. The bankers sensing danger of being humiliated fought back strongly and defended well till the last whistle was blown for the end of proceedings.
