Ghanaian winger Emmanuel Addai has expressed his eagerness to play for Azerbaijani Premier League side Qarabag after sealing a move to the club this summer.
Addai joins Qarabag from Spanish second-tier club Alcorcón on a three-year deal, set to run until 2027.
The Ghanaian attacker has taken to social media to express his readiness to feature for the Azerbaijani top-flight club.
“Alhamdulillah! Can’t wait to get started on this new adventure. Let’s go,” he wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Addai, who previously played for Alcorcón from 2022 to 2024, also spent the 2021-2022 season with Bobigny in France.
Alcorcón, in their farewell statement, thanked Addai for his dedication and wished him well in his new endeavor.
The 23-year-old will be looking to make an impact at Qarabag as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.
