Ghanaian Udinese midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has described playing in Kumasi for the Black Stars as a happy moment.
The 25-year-old also called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to consider playing some of their World Cup qualifiers at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
“It depends on the game that we’re playing, you remember our last world cup qualifer game with Egypt in Kumasi we had great support from the fans to wallop them 6-1,” he told Nhyira FM in an interview.
“Kumasi is one of my favorite grounds. I feel at home whenever we play there,” he added.
“We will talk to them [GFA] about the venues which will help us in the qualifiers”.
Ghana will face Congo, Egypt and Uganda in Group E of the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in the African zone.
