Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender, Ahmed Adams has exhausted his entire two years contract with the club after joining the porcupines from Berekum Chelsea in 2015.

The industrious defender has made an incredible performance throughout his two- year stay with the fabulous lads despite his failure to clinch the League title with them.

Reports are viral in the non-print media that the assiduous defender has rejected a contract extension agreement offered to him by the Porcupine Warriors but the ex-Ghana U20 defender insists no official member of Kotoko has approached him to discuss his future with the club.

In an interview with Cape Coast-based ATL FM, he revealed that he [Ahmed Adams] as a player cannot force the management to extend his contract so he has remained calm for the management to take their own decision.

‘’It is not true that I have rejected contract extension agreement by kotoko but the truth of the matter is that management has not said anything about my future after I finished my contract so I’M just waiting for them to take their own decision’’. He exclusively revealed to ATL FM of Cape Coast.

Kotoko will travel to Bolga to face them on Sunday.
