Disappointed litigant Babia Alhassan who threatened to stop the kickoff of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League with an interlocutory injunction says he will resurface after the first round of matches to stop the second round from continuing.

According to the disappointed gentleman, he was advised by his team of lawyers to withdraw the injunction since the start of the Ghana Premier League had delayed.

He however says that he is not disappointed and has not dropped the matter since he is still not satisfied with the management of the FA.

“I actually sent the injunction but my lawyers told me to hold on till the second round since the kickoff of the league had delayed,” he said.

“We are all interested in the development of Ghana football so I accepted what my lawyers told me. But we shall halt the league with the injunction after the first round.”

Babia, appears he does not know exactly what he is chasing but keeps ranting that he will stop the league after the first round.
