Samuel Nana Yaw Dabo, a Ghanaian humorous actor and football administrator, revealed that he pitched the idea of playing for Real Madrid to English superstar Jude Bellingham.

The actor said he and Bellingham had discussed Real Madrid before the latter's eventual transfer in the summer of 2023.

Dabo made the revelation while giving an account of his previous visit to Borussia Dortmund in April 2023.

He narrated that Otto Addo, who was then a Dortmund trainer, ensured that he had encounters with all the players, which led to him convincing Bellingham to join Real Madrid.

"Otto Addo took me to the VIP, where I spoke with all of them, including Mats Hummels. Otto Addo made my visit a great one. That's when I told Bellingham, 'You have to go to Real Madrid.' So I told Jude Bellingham to join Real Madrid before the transfer."

Yaw Dabo, who owns an academy, embarked on a European tour in 2023 for networking, visiting Ajax, Paris Saint-Germain, Dortmund, and Real Madrid.

His visit to Borussia Dortmund made the news after his videos with Otto Addo and Jude Bellingham went viral.

Two months after their encounter, Real Madrid announced the signing of Jude Bellingham for €103 million, with a six-year contract.
