Former AC Milan forward, Kevin-Prince Boateng says he could return to the Black Stars team for one last stint as a player or as a coach because he “didn’t like the way things ended” with the national team.

Boateng, 33, played for Ghana at two world cups in 2010 and 2014 but the last tournament in Brazil didn't end well for the former Schalke and Tottenham Hotspur star who was sent home for indiscipline before Ghana’s last group game against Portugal.

Speaking to his brother, Jerome Boateng in an instagram live chat, Kevin said he was unhappy with the way his stint with the national team ended and will like to return to the team for one more time before retiring.

See the conversation below,

Kevin: “With the national team, I didn’t like the way it ended because they gave me so much. But you never know, maybe I can go back and play one more time again.”

Jerome: “Or maybe the assistant coach.”

Kevin: “Or maybe the coach, you never know.”

Jerome: “Oh yeah, best coach.” [both laugh]

Kevin: “My relationship with Ghana is still intact. I still feel close to them.”

Kevin Prince Boateng currently plays for Turkish club Besiktas.
