The Director of Berekum Chelsea, Nana Oduro Sarfo, says it will no surprise him should he be captured in investigative journalist Anas Aremayaw Anas’s latest exposé titled “Number12”.

He says it is possible he is in the exposé but not for the wrong reason.

“I may be in Anas’s expose but for a good reason, he may have approached me, wanting to know how Ghana football operates, whether there is bribery in our league, but I will never be captured for being a victim of corruption”, he said on Onua Fm.

The experienced football administrator who has managed several football clubs in Ghana claims his hands are clean when it comes to his dealings in football administration.

“I have not given any referee a cedi before, and no referee can deny that. More so I have not given any player money as bribe and also any team to put up an abysmal performance for my team to win”, he stated.

The Number 12 exposé, which is scheduled to be premiered on June 6 at the Accra International Conference Center, is believed to have exposed corruption in Ghana Football.

Investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas himself has revealed the exposé will clean what he describes as “this tainted football system for a fresh start”.

Snippets of the documentary have already be shown to the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, who caused the GFA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi, to be hauled before the CID for alleged involvement in shady deals using the name of the President.

Showing portions of the documentary to the President has since occasioned accusations and counter accusations among state officials as to who and who are also captured in the video but Nana Oduro Sarfo has called for cool heads to prevail and wait for the day of premiering “so we can all see what is there”
