I will play in the local league if ... - Baba Armando

The First Capital Plus Premier league has become the ground for players who want to either re-launch their career or retire from the beautiful game.

Godwin Attram, Richard Kingston and Dan Quaye returned to the Ghana premier league for their boyhood club Great Olympics and have wowed many admirers.

Now, former Ghana Black Stars striker, Baba Adamu Armando wants to follow suit. He says he will jump at the opportunity to return to the local scene because he wants to help take the league to the next level.

"We all want to help the local league to rise up to the next level. So I will jump at the opportunity to join a local club to help the league grow," the former King Faisal Babes attacker said.

"I'm now building my strength because I'm returning from injury so I have to build my fitness before I can think signing for any club. I still have the energy and strength to compete at the highest level; I think I have got about five or six years ahead in my career.

"But for now, I live everything to God. Whatever God says or wants me to do that is the final word," he said .
