Inter Allies’ Nigerien import, Victorien Adje Adebayor has shut the door on local clubs who are interested in his signature.

“Honestly my thought is not even about playing for another club in Ghana but outside Ghana.”

“For now I’m fully focused on Inter Allies.”

“My aim is to do well with Inter Allies so I can land a better deal outside Ghana.”

The 23-year-old has been tipped severally by a section of the media to join Accra Hearts of Oak with other unnamed local clubs equally showing interest in him.

The former AS GNN of Niger has been consistent with his form since joining Inter Allies in the 2016/17 season.

The skillful forward was instrumental in Inter Allies 4-2 win over King Faisal in Accra on match day 7 where he scored the first goal.


He was adjudged man-of -the-match after that grueling encounter.

On 29 August 2018, Vejle Boldklub in Denmark announced the signing of Adebayor from Inter Allies on a loan deal until 30 June 2019.

However, one month later, the club announced that they wanted to terminate the loan deal because Adebayor did not show up as agreed and the club had not been able to get in touch with the player.

Adebayor who has had a 3-year stint with AS Douanes of Niger, is still courting into from several clubs in Ghana and abroad.
