Isaac Amoako has been discharged from the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital where he underwent a knee surgery.
The experienced goalie left Accra Thursday morning for Kumasi -hours after he was discharged by the hospital.
He is expected to start his long road to recovery first with a physiotherapy programme to be supervised by team doctor, Kwaku Boateng-Arthur.

He was sidelined by the injury toward the end of the 2014/15 season.
At the time, MRI checks revealed the extent of the injury.
The medical team recommended a surgery which was performed by Dr. Agbeko Ocloo at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital last week.
Amoako therefore spent a week at the facility under close observation while receiving visitors comprising relatives, admirers and supporters of Kotoko.
