President of the Ghana Kickboxing Federation, Nii Adotey Dzata has revered the annual SWAG [Sports Writers Association of Ghana] awards.

Speaking in an interview on what the SWAG award adds to the portfolio of an athlete Nii Adotey Dzata said:

“For one to be recognized by the Sports Writers Association of Ghana as the best in a particular discipline is enough motivation in itself because there are a lot of Ghanaian athletes out there trying to put their name on the map.”

“I see the SWAG award as a big achievement in the life of every sportsman or woman because some athletes are famous yet they have never been awarded by the SWAG so I think it as a privilege for one to be recognized by the SWAG,” Nii Adotey Dzata noted.
